Common faults and solutions of automatic dispensing machines

source:English website  |  Release time:2024年03月11日
Automatic distributor manufacturers have common issues with distributors and their solutions. In fact, the important issue is the valve problem. Here is an effective solution to the problems that often occur during the use of valves.
1. The flow rate is too slow
Reason: The dispensing machine pipeline is too long or too narrow, the nozzle air pressure is insufficient, and the dispensing flow rate is too slow.
Solution: Change the routing of the dispensing machine tube from 1/4 "to 3/8". If not necessary, the pipeline should be as short as possible. In addition, the dispensing port and air pressure of the Shanghai dispensing machine must be increased to accelerate the flow rate.
2. Rubber nozzle blockage
Reason: The needle holes of the automatic dispensing machine were not thoroughly cleaned, and impurities were mixed in the adhesive, causing the holes to be blocked. Mixing glue that is incompatible with Shanghai dispensing machines results in a small amount or no glue on the nozzle
Solution: Replace the clean needle with a better quality patch adhesive. Don't get the grade of the patch adhesive wrong.
3. Inconsistent glue size
Reason: The pressure cylinder or air pressure storing fluid in the dispensing machine is unstable, resulting in uneven dispensing and inconsistent dimensions.
Solution: Avoid using the low-pressure part of the pressure gauge. The control pressure of the dispensing valve should be at least 60psi to ensure the stability of the dispensing machine* Check the gluing time afterwards. If it is less than 15/1000 seconds, the glue will become unstable. The longer the gluing time, the more stable the glue will be.
4. Rubber valve dripping
Reason: The needle diameter used in the dispensing machine is too small. If the needle is too small, it will affect the bubble discharge action when the valve starts to use, affect the flow of liquid and generate back pressure, causing water to drip shortly after the valve is closed.

Solution: Simply replace the larger needle to solve this problem. In addition, after the rubber valve is closed, air in the liquid will leak** Remove air from the liquid in advance, or switch to glue that is less likely to contain bubbles, or centrifuge the glue for degassing before use.

5. There are bubbles in the fluid

Reason: Due to excessive fluid pressure and short valve opening time, the dispensing machine may introduce air into the liquid and produce bubbles.

Solution: Reduce fluid pressure by using a tapered needle.

The above content is about the common causes and solutions of automatic dispensing machine failures. I believe everyone has an understanding. These common problems with automatic dispensing machines can be large or small, and users can quickly solve them as long as they master the correct solutions.
